The network is the AI.
The Web connected information. The next network propagates actions — real-world state changes taken by AI agents across the sovereign boundaries of organizations and individuals.
The structured half of the world has been well taken care of, since the birth of the computer — the deterministic machine. Systems connect for efficiency in repetition at scale. Every transaction at every bank, every record in every system, is discretized.
The other half — the continuous side — lives in every intent that spawns in every brain, in every judgment that lives between people. It has been uncovered — until probabilistic models brought the approximation.
The next step is to bridge them. We build toward a network where both halves connect. Semantic as meta-protocol among humans and AIs enables peer-to-peer communications while remaining sovereign — without surrendering ownership of their systems, their data, or their selves. Permissionless, and owned by no one.
Connectivity is just the beginning. Action transforms intent to value. Compounded across entities the way industrial chains do, these actions form the agent economy, driven by agency on both sides: human and agent.
At Masons, we accelerate intent exchange.
